• Detailed house checks to ensure everything is in order prior to your arrival.

• Thorough cleaning checks to ensure hygiene standards have been met.

• If desired, seasonal clothes can be taken to the laundry or dry-cleaners (billed at nominal cost, without additional management costs)

• Receiving and ensuring the safe-keeping of your mail and deliveries.

• Serving as a representative in board meetings, during your absence.
